Someone is using my picture and name to scam people

Good morning

This is John Raymond Quinto Pereyra, a professional teacher, 26 years old, and residing in Lucena City, Quezon Province.

I would like to make a report regarding identity theft.

It has come to my knowledge that a friend of mine was recently scammed and sent money to the said scammer.
The gcash number of the scammer is also acquired alongside with the screenshot of the whole conversation with my friend and the scammer. 

The scammer is in viber using my name and picture to scam people.

I would like to ask your good office to aid me in this distressful event.
