Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Request to Reverse Transaction due to Scam

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring a fraudulent transaction to your attention and kindly request your assistance in reversing it.

On November 22,2023 my gcash account was subjected to unauthorized activity resulting in a transaction labeled 6013408191696.  Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that this transaction was a result of a scam, and I was mistakenly deceived into sending P1,500 as an investment to a fraudulent entity. 

As a responsible customer, I promptly reported the incident to Gcash
