Hello. I would like to request to file a report for a missing child. He is about 14 years old. His name is Vincent Dela Paz. He lives in May-Iba Teresa Rizal, Boulevard. He was last seen wearing a maroon shirt and he had a blue bag with him. The local police refused to help out and we had no choice but to go here directly. Please accept this request.
