Hi! Good day,

would like to check if there is any case filed against Cristita Tindan from Macabud Rodriguez, Rizal. 
The TCT that she gave to us was just a xerox copy and some detials are not readable, also no stamp on the lower left side that’s why I have doubt if she’s a scammer. She didn’t gave us the name of the rightful owner of the lot when we asked for it, she just told us that it was assigned to her to sell it. The term for the lot is to pay monthly amounting 2,500 in 5 years total of 150k. I already paid 17,500 for 7months and 30,500 for the process of title it’s 100sqm.
