I got scammed by a facebook online seller

I would like to have back the money that was scammed by the online seller in facebook whom blocked me after I discovered that she was a scammer. I transacted through online bank transfer from my Landbank account to her BPI account last March 26, 2023 at 12:35:06 PM with invoice number 542084 & transaction referrence number MBAAA23032612351564397055. Please help me get my money back and help stop this scammer from scamming other people. Thank you!

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
