Hi! I would like to request for the following information and seek assistance. 

1. Check case filed or history with Jovie Caylo Patricio in Manila, Pandi Bulacan. 

2. Would like to file a report/ blotter. She has been verbally harassing my family and calling us prostitute. She always threatened to file us a case wherein we never done anything to her. She has cause too much stress to my mother that was diagnosed with severe anxiety and public humilation.

3. Would like to file a case to Gilbert Caylo, located in Zone 3 bayabas cagayan de oro city. Who threatened my father.
