Hi Good Day!

I just want to complain someone who name Lolito De Guzman for scamming me for amounting 1,500 peso he's working to PLDT as technician.

This is regarding for instant installation for a PLDT because the PLDT company did nothing for my request for installation that's why I contact Mr.Lolito De Guzman to  did my best the help me, but he pocket the money and stop to communicate with me

I did my best to beg to him just to give my money back, but he block my number that's why i can't communicate with him,he always hiding and run away for what he done.

I hope you can help me.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
