Hi there, I would like to request information on where to file a case for a cyber crime and harassment from an online lending app, Hello Peso.Can I file a police blotter and then bring the record to the ACG PNP ? I have everything documented in email and texts. I will be going to get an affidavit for this narrative.  They sent me death threats stating that they had something to do with the "Sabungeros" who disappeared. They said same thing will happen to me if I dont pay my loan P5k .pls contact me maaprilette74@gmail.com
