Hi Sir/Ma'am,

Good day. 

I want to report the scammers pretending to be from the Bureau of Immigration and Cargo. They took money from me worth Php 12,950 via Gcash. It happened just yesterday (July 31, 2023). 

Below are the scammer's contact info;
09816828868- Used the name Atty. Alex Valencia Lim (Pretending to be from Legal Counsel of the Bureau of Immigration)

09854273967- Pretending to be my brother 
09121144213- Pretending to be from Cargo 
09169110718- Scammer Gcash account named ARIEN LOPEZ

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
