Hello po …I was scam/phising this n my account …
Naloko tlga ako ..naniwala ako na taga bpi kausap ko about SA mga Offers nila..na binigay ko lahat ng otp nila pra matransfers lahat ng laman ng account ko ..I really need help ..worth 250,000 ang nawala..Pam pa opera p nmn ng tita ko yun 
Nkapag transfer sila SA bpi account ko thru gcash ..

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
