Good evening! I just want to ask if there's any chance that you can help me with my situation right now? I will admit that I was not aware that the messenge used that I talked is a scammer. It happens December 18, 2023. I was actually finding a staycation to book and I saw his/her account/page I believed that user because of the proof that she/he was sent to me. Our transaction happens in gcash app bank transter (komo bank). I do have some screen shot of our converstation and also the screenshot of the receipt of our transaction. I'm hoping that you can help me with this.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
