AUB Collector and Legal Advisor Harassment

Purpose: Please help us, we are financially challenge and we don't know what to do about their threats.

Hi, my sister received threats from AUB and said they will revoke her licence after she failed to pay her debt on time. The collector went to school during teaching hours and pressured my sister to talked with the said legal advisor of the bank over the phone call. My sister thought that it was settled after the convo, but the collector went immediately to the school office without my sister's knowledge. The legal advisor slander my sister, told the people in the office that my sister is a liar, then she shared important info. about my sister's debt to people who are not supposed to know it.
