scammer transfered my money from union bank to gotyme bank

I would like to request help and information regarding wrong transactions with total amount of 290,000 from my union bank account transferred to gotyme bank with different account number. the scammer used phone number 09953254785 to called me and he acts as a union bank employee accompanying by banko central ng pilipinas and NBI employee to investigate my account because someone IP expert scammer hack my account and that will start the transactions.
