Greetings of love and peace! 

I would like to request that my online NBI registration account bearing the name "Mary Grace Bakkusan Carreon" be deleted. I have erroneously entered some personal information due to some confusions in the registration process. In order to successfully request an NBI clearance, I need to create a new account. 

I would really appreciate if this be addressed in the most early time possible.
