Hi I would like to refund my payment for nbi clearance. In creating an account I have entered my Husband Last name instead of my Maiden Name then paid for it. When I went to the nearest NBI Center, they dont accept my application because I used my Husband last name. So I made another appointment in which I paid. So i would like to refund my first payment. Here is the ref. No. MP8F61BWOI

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
