Hello, I would like to ask for help on retrieving the money I sent to a person who chatted me online. I helped him to cash out his funds on Paypal because he said he is a freelancer and has a problem with his account. I sent an invoice to his "client" and the client accepted it. After that, I sent the money to his bank account not knowing that the sender asked for a refund on Paypal later on.. I have a negative balance now on Paypal because of this and I need to get the money back to refund it.. pls help 😭😭😭
