Hi! Just would like to complain regarding the Buy 1 Get 1 Japanese Mini Air Conditioner from MINSHOP.

2) Item Cost - 1,899 PHP
3) Seller's Details:
- minshop247@gmail.com / minshop2nd@gmail.com
- 0967 211 6747
4) Shipper - Logistics Worldwide Express and Global Forwarding Inc. [Lot 5486-A, Buhay Na Tubig Rd., Makati City, Metro Manila]
5) Problem - Both air conditioners have damaged charging ports. I have requested a refund but they haven't updated me until now and they're ignoring my calls/messages.

Kindly need your help to resolve this issue. Let me know if you have any questions.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
