Gusto ko lang pong e report yong scammer na tumawag sa akin last May 06,2023 at around 2:47pm….Nagpakilala po syang taga Unionbank at ang ni raise nyang concern is yong merging ng citibank at union bank hanggang sa umabot po na makuha na nya yong 4 credit cards ko at nkapag transfer sya sa GRABPAY…wala na po akong nagawa kundi sundin ang mga sinasabi nya..all in all po nakakuha sya ng almost 175k…na report ko na po same day sa credit card companies pero sa GRABPAY po khapon lang since ang office nila is fr.9:00am to 6:00pm…then today po nag follow up kmi at ang advice ay i report sa NBI.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
