Scam - IBL Credit Incorporated. Money sent from gcash and unionbank to CIMB and UNIONBANK account

Hi I would like to report a scam from IBL CREDIT INCORPORATED. It was started a scam did by Louie Cruz Mangahas Alvarez. He sent his driver’s license number which is: N04-13-024473. He said he is a credit coordinator in the said online department of IBL Credit Corporation. I was told to send money to the following bank accounts of other scammers under CIMB bank. HERE ARE THE NAMES AND ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT THE MONEY WAS SENT:
CIMB Philippines Inc. 
Account holder: Judith Materiano Calayo
Account number: 2086 7601 7529 96 
Other CIMB accounts were used, to follow. 
Total amount sent was 118,741.
