Hello. I got scammed by a woman named Eloise Airrrysh Esrudilla. She claimed to be the daughter of a woman owning an apartment in Sunrise Road Angeles City. I gave her 3000 pesos for two units reservation.

I contacted her on June 15 to inquire. Then I gave 3000 as reservation fee for two units to a BDO account under the name Dragonpay Corp. She said that visitation will only be during Sundays, so I waited until Sunday to go. Only to find out that several people already went to the address of the apartment. People living in the area informed me that I’m the sixth who already went here.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
