Hi! I have been receiving calls, texts and emails form Online Lending apps, claiming that I have a loan and is past overdue and they're asking me to pay. I did not take a loan on any online lending apps. They have my details, such as complete name, contact details, phone contacts and even the name of the company I have previously worked for. They have been harassing me, my family and friends. Sending this report to you for your action. I kept all the relevant screenshots of the texts and emails in case you need it. Thank you and hoping for your feedback.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
