Hi and good day! I would like to request an investigation about this person, Victoria Manalo Ticatic - account number from her Unionbank: 109421059978 who's threatening and fraud. Getting money to our Unionbank account and not giving it back. Lot of complaints of this person as well. Also, these are her phone numbers that was used in scamming, fraud, and threatening: 0997 854 1742, 0945 540 1659. Please help us in returning our money that was taken by this person. Thanks!
