I would like to request your assistance to investigate and identify the person/s running the La Madrid Bikes - Marikina Bodega Branch Facebook (FB) page. On 04 January 2022, we placed an order and paid Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000) to a certain "Janine La Madrid". Gcash number given to us to send payment was 09555339073. After transferring the payment, the said FB page notified through FB messenger that the item will be shipped next day. After few hours, the page was unresponsive and we were blocked.
