Hi nascam po ako sa fb marketplace, balak ko sana bumili ng cellphone, iphone 11 and the amount is 14760 pesos. Yung fake seller po ay nagpapakilala na si Ashly mae bautista reyes na may tin id number na 635 011 244, tagabulacan at ang gcash verified phone number ng scammer ay eto 09989189427, Mitchel Khin Salvador ang name. Gusto ko po mabawi ang pera na nanakaw sakin at makahuli ang scammer. Pakicontact po ako sa aking email rlaming1998@gmail.com. salamat po

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
