I was scammed 5k from Unionbank to Gcash

Hi, I would like to seek help in retrieving my money back:
- Transaction was payment for a rental parking
- Money was transferred from Unionbank to Gcash
- Service provider introduced as Mitch Carandang but on Gcash, the name is Corrin Jean L.
- Already reported to Unionbank
- Unable to report to Gcash since it is requesting a gcash transaction number
- Today was the scheduled rental and upon arriving, the parking slot is not available in Viera Residences and we were informed that there is a different owner for the parking slot
