Good Day! I would like to file a complaint regarding these online lending applications Who posted my picture on social media with my name holding my valid ID calling me a scammer and threatens my family and reference contacts. Is it Unfair debt collection and breach of the cyberlibel act.

4.) ZipPeso
5.) May Pera
6.) Pautang Peso
7.) Peso Loan
8.) Bloom Cash
9.) Prima Loan
10.) Digido
11.) Money Cat
12.) We Loan
13.) Peso Loan

SEC registered but breaching the protocols of their customers.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
