I would like to report you a scammer on instagram name: store_king_gadget they are offering cheaper iphones. i was scammed worth of 13,500 Pesos after purchasing to their so called store i send it through gcash but after i send it. the item didnt come and they ignoring my messages they even send me a fake picture of the item being wrapped in lbc but its very clear its fake because they dont show if theres my name in it and i told them to meet up to get the item but they dont respond i just want to report this and take action cause theyre still operating up to this day.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
