Hi I would like to refund my payment for nbi clearance. I chose the wrong date in the first payment via gcash , so i made another appointment in which I paid again. So i would like to refund my first payment. Here is the ref. No. MP6BDNARFC

If you inputted incorrect details or information upon registration, you can go back to your online registration and edit the editable wrong information PROVIDED THAT IT HAS NOT YET BEEN PROCESSED. 

If the NBI Clearance is already printed, you need to register online again. The NBI has the right to forfeit fees collected once transactions on the first registration with incorrect details.
