ONLINE LOANS PILIPINAS

Made payment to close loan last 1/15 but was sent to my old loan reference# that was closed and now I am getting overdue emails.
Old Ref# LN976635
New and correct Ref# LN9FF647
Multiple emails to correct and receive no response from the company for setting my account to close.
Contacted thru facebook, settled another payment ₱4840 today for the correct reference #. Then suddenly had a reloan request I did not process. 
Was scammed ₱4,840 and additionally...

I reported this to Globe since the reloaned amount was sent to GCash.

I was scammed roughly ₱ 8,000. 

1) Is there anyway we can trace that number? So it won't be used again.
2) OLP seems to be using personal info from customers since I was getting text blast from them on random offers.
3) Suggested, investigate SEC registration of this Online Loans Pilipinas - they do NOt respond to customers at all via email or livechat, that's why I opted messenger. Apparently it was a scam.
