Dear Sirs,

I would like to report a website that requests payment for e-travel pass application to any incoming visitors/returning OFW to Philippines. 

Website name is : https://www.philippines-healthpass.com/

Kindly note that this website appears immediately when you search in internet sites and any vulnerable people will definitely fall in this.

Even though there is a disclaimer on the below of the website that is not affiliated to Government or its affiliates, does this means that they can get away with this??
