Good day.

I would like to ask for help regarding this matter. I've been scammed for 10,000 PHP, and I did not even receive the product from the seller. If possible, I would like to help get a refund, but essentially I'm reporting this person called Ester Veloso / terryetc@yahoo.com. I used PayPal, and we talked in Carousell and Discord. I can also email the corresponding proof of the transactions and the email from Carousell help desk, who tried to help me in this problem, so as to provide more context to the situation.
