Hi I would like to request for assistance on our case. Last year my sister were scammed by her former schoolmate thru a bitcoin investment. She used supplementary card in the investment. She only transacted 1 transaction online amounting 59.5k. However succeedingly there are 3 more fraudulent transaction in our card. We seek some help to BPI to further investigate but until now there is no luck on our case they just concluded that everything is valid. SIr/Mam I’m seeking some guidance and assistance we did not transact 2nd- 4th transaction total amount is 182k.
