Magandang araw po Mam/Sir. Ako po ang ina ng PDL na si SANDY PADAYAO (D221P-0705). Kasalukuyang nakakulong  ngayon sa DAPECOL. Ayon po sa nakuhang impormasyon namin, noon pong August 11 ay nakapadala na daw ng request letter ang Board of Pardons and Parole sa inyong opisina para sa kanilang hinihinging NBI record check bago ma-aprobahan ang parole ng aming anak. Gusto po sana namin mafollow up ang dokumentong ito. Sana ay maibigay na po ito sa Board of Pardons upang ma-grant na ang parole ng aming anak. Nagpadala din po kami ng sulat sa inyo sa pamamagitan ng padayaosalvacion0309@gmail.com.

Your FOI request is partially approved. I have forwarded a copy of this to the Bureau's Information and Communications Technology Service, which is in-charge of acting upon requests for record check by the Board of Pardons and Parole.

As a response, we were informed that the result of the record check of Ms. SANDY PADAYAO y CORAJE was transmitted to Atty. RONALYN M. OPINA-GONZAGA of the Board of Pardons and Parole on 11 August 2023.
