Hi,

I would like to request for a refund of my NBI Clearance. I applied for a quick renewal and paid via gcash. After I went to my nearest branch to claim my clearance, they informed me that the location was only in Manila and I should have applied walk-in in my branch. They advice me to re-apply in my nearest branch. To do so, I would like to ask for a refund so I can make payment again in my nearest branch. Here's my reference number:  MP4OOIKA0U Thank you.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Hi, I think my money should be refunded since I was not able to get my NBI Clearance and I need to pay again for me to get it in my nearest branch. Kindly review my request because it is unfair that my money was wasted. Thank you.
