Good day. 

I would like to report a scam which my mother got by accidentally clicking a link from a loan app that requires to pay the loan in 7 days. My mother did not even make a request for loaning Php. 3500.00 from the app but it did send a cash loan through my mother's GCash Account. Threats have been sent to my mother's account telling that the loan has been overdue.

I hope this request finds you well since there are a lot more who are scammed and are getting scammed by these Loan Sharks. Thank you.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
