Good day! I am Emalyn Magtoto and I am a victim of identity theft. 

My valid ID has been lost and now someone has been using it for his/her personal benefit. I have been receiving threat messages about loans that i didn't use or apply. By the way, my mobile number is indicated in the lost ID. I have screenshots of the threats and other messages including harassments.
