Tungkol po sa mga lending online apps grabe po ang papahiya nila sakin ngayon po pinag babantaan nila ako I post daw nila ang faces ko sa Facebook at ipapahiya hndi lang yun papaldahan nila ako ng funeral service sna po mabigyan nyo ng pansin ang mga ganitong cases ksi dumadami nila at sobra na po ang ginagawa nila sa mga taong kagaya ko na nag bayad nmn at nakikita usap ng maayos I settle ang payment pero ang kapalit nun na delay ang bayad gsto nila pahiyain sa social media

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
