Scammer named "Clarissa/Charlene dela Cruz" on Facebook Marketplace

Good day! This is to report an online scam done by a person who introduced herself as Clarissa/Charlene dela Cruz. I transacted with her last September 28, 2021 for the buying of a Dyson Air Wrap (hair tool)  and transferred the P16, 450 to her Unionbank account. However, I did not received anything and even made a fake JRS receipt to show that the item was shipped. Upon verifying with JRS the receipt was invalid. This matter was already reported with Unionbank and it is currently conducting investigation. As per the UMID ID she sent me her name is Clarissa Dayatan Dela Cruz.
