I would like to file a Swindling / Estafa case against this certain Mr. Juan Rodrigo Filio, alias Jeh Filio on Facebook and a certain Ms. Alexis Filio (aslias on facebook). As they were accomplice of the said action. The deed was done around March, 2021. The original amount due is Php. 28,000 but due to late payment I imposed a 5% additional per month for the damages. The sum of the amount due is Php. 30,400.
