gusto ko po sanang maghain ng reklamo. Nagresell ko ng mga iphone at may client ako n nagdown ng 7500 ngayon ang delivery ay hindi matuloy tuloy at laging cancel hanggang sa redeliver hindi sya matrack sa jnt. Nakipagcoordinate ako sa mga client at nagpasabi na ibabalik nalang ang pera bukas sapagkat nasa hospital kami nakaadmit ang anak ko pero nagbanta na ito na ako ay ipopost kung hindi ito maayos ngayong araw. Gusto ko magreklamo para sa cyberlibel kay Rachel Toong. Gusto ko snang iprotect ang privacy ko at maiwasan ang kahit anong kasiraan laban sa akin lalo na at hindi ito makatotohanan.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
