Hello!

My name is Veronica Madarang and I am requesting assistance in retrieving the ₱2,766.00 that I deposited to everonline-shop. I was looking for an online part-time job to supplement my income, so I joined the site through WhatsApp and Telegram. At first, it appeared to be legitimate and the first two processes were training, but after upgrading to GOLD membership, I was unable to withdraw my funds due to the high financial requirements they requested for recharging.

I would greatly appreciate any help in recovering my money from these individuals. Thank you.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
