Hello good afternoon i just want to know where to get my parcel 
I get my nbi then post office didnt deliver it tome i need to re address but now they want me to pay via visa card and i dont have any visa card how will i get my parcel now? Its been already paid but now the billing me  for another i can pay it in cash but not in card
