Good day,

I would like to ask for help about cyber crime of making a fake account of me and my co-worker as of the date of this request there are 2 other co-worker who been victim of this fake account. They mock our identity and the name given by our ancestor. We just want to live peacefully and try not bother with this but the culprit already make plenty of fake accounts and we can no longer ignore it. They try to follow our relative and other co-workers and it bring us more stress that we imagine. We are hoping that the National Bureau of Investigation will help us to solve. Thank you.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
