Hello Officer, we are asking for assistance as we are scammed by this account @SparkleStayPH. They organized a group order of K-pop merchandises and promised it will arrive within two to three (2-3) months. However, it is now seven(7) months and the said merchandises are yet to arrived. They are not giving updates on our orders and not responding to any contacts given by them.  We are very worried and frustrated as we estimated four-hundred thousand pesos( ₱ 400,000) amount are taken away from all the buyers. We would like to have assistance for a refund or ship our items or even arrest.
