Hello! I purchased a total of 106,100 Php from an Instagram seller selling charms and luxurious bags. Her instagram account are as follows: charmswithpower and jmlmnlph. The items were for pre-order which I paid in two different occasions, first: January 17, 2021 and last March 4, 2021. She stopped responding to my follow-up messages last Oct. 24, 2021. I can provide the whole chat history I had with her & the accounts I sent money to. She did not block me, but not responding to my messages and text messages is a major red flag. Please kindly assist me regarding this matter.
