You see here, I got into a transaction with arjad's sister about a room for rent in baguio city. Upon the chat, I was pressured into giving her thet deposit/reservation payment because she will give it to other people if I didn't. So, I did. and she also asked allegedly for the advance and if i didn't she will give it to others. Now, im asking for a cancellation and a refund and she is giving bunch of excuses.
