Hi, I would like to request personal information of username @uhidkm, @n88767513, and @fckchelsier because me and several of my friends have been receiving constant offensive messages from these accounts for days. I hope you can help us. Thank you

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
