I would like to report a scammer named Marissa Gula. She scammed a lot of us here in Cebu, through borrowing an amount of money for the hospitalization of her brother but according to her sister her brother was not hospitalized. She told us lies just to let her borrow. We can no longer contact her and last we heared from her is she was in her hometown in Matalom, Leyte. We have receipts from her borrowed money and screenshots of her chats.Maybe right now she is looking for another victim.Please investigate and blocklist her in nbi.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
