Good day! I would like to request the data of Mr. NOLI I. DIÑO JR. because i will file a case against him. I am requesting his data because i do not know where he is residing, since i only met him thru messenger.  He promised to process the transfer of title but then he did not process it, and collect payments and fees, and the original TCT of land is with him. After a year, we discovered the he did not file it, and started to hide from us. Until now he is not returning the documents and original TCT of Land.
