Good Day Ma'am/Sir
I would like to file a request in regards with the gcash hacker and Scammer dated March 20, 2023, 1:37PM, using my Gcash account to purchased a GLOAN by an unauthorized person amounting to ₱25,000.00 that credited to my account and paid through dragon pay channel as bills payment. My concern to this matter is that I have a payable of ₱25,000.00 loan to my Gcach account by FUSE Lending.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
